Place one on the floor of your shower, where it will get wet, but not drenched then push to back of shower. Breathe in deeply as the oils vaporize. These steamers are long-lasting, so it's quite likely they'll outlast your shower. Just place in plastic bag for next time. If taking a bath drop all or half in depending on how strong you want it to be.
